The Ingersoll tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a cozy yet vibrant spot to catch some live theater or a concert? The Ingersoll in Des Moines is just the place. Since opening its doors nearly ninety years ago, it’s been a hub for local culture, hosting everything from jazz nights to big-name acts. I mean, back in 2012, they threw this huge birthday bash with school bands and city officials, and you could feel the community spirit in every note. The venue’s layout is pretty friendly too, seating here is affordable, but you still get a pretty decent view of the stage. Oh, and if you're into avoiding crowds, the VIP Balcony often has a separate entrance, which is kind of a lifesaver sometimes. It’s tucked right in the historic district, just past the old town square and near the city library on that busy old avenue. Whether you're after a romantic date night or just want to soak in some great entertainment, the Ingersoll has options. You can pick the perfect spot with their interactive seating chart, some seats are better for cozying up, while others give you a full view of the stage. From a lively Irving Berlin White Christmas Revue to VIP sections for big shows like Boy Band Review, there’s something for everyone. Honestly, it’s one of those places where the experience really sticks with you, and hey, don’t forget, it’s been a part of Des Moines’ story for almost a century. So, yeah, I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re in town.
